Payment Options & Booking Information

Please book your event as far in advance as possible. Holidays and weekends are the most popular dates.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of order. Your deposit will secure your date. An accurate guest count is required 7 days prior to the event. Any increases after that we will accommodate, unfortunately we cannot decrease the number. Please have the final payment in the form of cash or check to me 7 days prior to the catered event unless we make other arrangements. I can only be responsible for providing food for the agreed upon guest count.


Cancellations

Any cancellations within five days of the event will result in a loss of the deposit. The reason for this is because all items for your event are ordered and bought just days before which insures the freshest of foods. They cannot be returned once purchased.


Leftovers

 

All leftover foods are yours and need to be packaged up properly and kept on ice or under refrigeration once the meal service has ended.  


Miscellaneous Stuff

Food shall be provided rain or shine. May I suggest you consider some type of shelter such as a pavilion or tent because too much sun or rain can ruin any event.

I do require access to electricity when having my smoker at your site. Depending on the amount of foods served 1 or 2 additional tables will be needed for serving.

Since every event is different you and I can always make adjustments to achieve just what you are looking for. Please, never hesitate to ask questions.
