Double Smokin’ $14.95 per person
Choice of 2 meats (1/3 lb. each)**and 2 sides. Bread/buns, sauce*.
Tongue Tappin’ Trio $17.95 per person
Choice of 3 meats *(1/3 lb. each)***and 3 sides. Bread/buns, sauce*.
¼ chicken and St. Louis spare ribs (a 1/3 rack per person) and 3 sides.

Whole rack of ribs and 2 sides. Rolls and butter*.
Choice of 3 meats (1/3 lb. each) plus St. Louis ribs (a ¼ rack per person), and 4 sides.

Meat
choices include:
Beef brisket, chopped pork, smoked chicken, St. Louis style ribs, rib tips, sausage (2 pp),
smoked pork loin, whole chicken wings (4 pp), smoked turkey breast, beef short ribs
Add an additional meat selection to any buffet for an additional $2.00 per person.
**Ribs an additional $3.00
(Any pinkness in our ribs and chicken is caused from the smoking process of the meats. It is a natural reaction that happens when cooking with wood. Pork and brisket will have what is called a “smoke ring”)
Side dish choices include:
Smoked BBQ beans, cheesy potatoes, buttered corn, creamy cole slaw, pasta salad w/ fresh vegetables, smoked cabbage, fresh garden greens w/dressings, black bean and corn salad, potato salad
Add a third side dish to any meal for an additional $1.50 per person. (All sides are made fresh, nothing store bought) (See bulk side menu for item descriptions)
Desserts choices include:
Assorted cookies, homemade fudge brownies, sliced watermelon (seasonal)
$1.50 per person, per dessert
Peach or cherry crisp, banana pudding, strawberries and pound cake with whipped cream, sweet potato pie, pecan pie $1.50 per person, per dessert .
Beverage choices include:
Various brands of sodas are available, bottled water, bottled juices $1.00 per drink
*All meals include disposable plates, napkins, disposable utensils and moist towelettes.
