Now That's a BBQ!
 

 

Roasted Red Pepper Dip (Great with tortilla chips!)

Printable Version (Adobe Reader is needed)
1- 7oz jar roasted red peppers, drained well and diced (roast your own peppers...even more better)
1- 8oz block of monterey jack cheese, shredded
1- 8oz block of cream cheese, softened, cubed
1 cup mayo 
1 tbsp minced onion
1 clove garlic minced
2 tbsp dijon mustard 
 
Directions:
Just mix everything together in a small baking dish, bake in smoker or oven 300-325 degrees for about 20/30 minutes or until hot & bubbly. Add a lil' habanero or scotch bonnet...at your own risk!! 

Next time I make this...I'm gonna put some chopped crawfish tails in it. I think dat be REAL good. HUHHHHHHH???
