Now That's a BBQ!
 

 

Baghdad Bob's Famous Mater Salad Printable Version (Adobe Reader is needed)
12 ripe roma tomatoes
½ pound Feta cheese
1 red onion
1 sweet bell pepper, sliced
12 Kalamata black olives
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
Juice of 1 lemon
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Kosher salt and fresh cracked black pepper 
Directions:
Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise, then across in 3, giving you 6 chunks from each tomato. Put in serving bowl. Cut the Feta cheese in ½ inch cubes, and scatter evenly over the top. Add the pepper slices. Peel the onion and cut in half, then across in half circles...add to the salaad & scatter the olives on top, and top with parsley. Dress the salad first with the juice of the lemon, then the olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss & serve immediately with warm pita bread.
