Now That's a BBQ!
 

 

Crazy Horse Sauce Printable Version (Adobe Reader is needed)
1 cup sour cream
2-3 heapin' tsp of horseradish (drain a lil' juice off)
Couple splashes of L&P Worchestershire Sauce
Lil' fresh chopped parsley or chives
Mebbe 1/4 tsp ground white pepper (use cayenne if ya wanna kick it up)
Pinch of salt...mebbe 1/2 tsp...to taste

 
Directions:
The salt is extremely important in this recipe - I'm not sure what it is...but you'll know precicely when you've added the correct amount because the flavor profile changes when you get just the right amount. I like to add a lil' bit at a time & taste as I go. I made this once using *smoked* Kosher salt...and loved it. I don't always have smoked salt...but I always use Kosher salt.
